  • What is our check-in/check-out time for serviced apartments at Sydney Airport Suites?

    Check-in or arrival is 2.00pm unless otherwise arranged. Check-out or departure is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Later check-out is permitted on a time cost basis for your convenience. 

  • What are the concierge or business hours for key pickup at serviced apartment building?

    Generally between 10am and 6pm and after hours by arrangement on week days. Sometimes concierge desk is available till late and on weekends.

    For key collection and check-in before or after these times call our reservations at least 1 business day before arrival on +61 430 993 293 for special arrangement to pick up keys. You will be requested to send a clear photo copy of your Photo ID and Credit card used for the booking, and sign the rego form before getting the before/after hours procedures.

  • Is extra servicing and cleaning available?

    Serviced Apartments at Sydney Airport Suites are serviced on the 8th Day of a stay. Additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge during the week days only.


  • What is our cancellation policy?

    A minimum of 14 days notice (received in writing/email) for all cancellations/alterations is required. Where less than 14 days notice is provided a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Where less than 7 days notice is provided the full deposit will be forfeited.

  • What is our payment policy?

    Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Do the apartments have air conditioning and central heating?

    All apartments are air conditioned with reverse cycle heating.

  • What are the security features in the building?

    All our apartments are in security building with lift access security and entrance security. Our building have surveillance cameras installed.

  • Are parking spaces available?

    Most of our properties provide security parking. Please let us know if you need a car space; there is an additional charge of $15 per parking spot.


  • Is Internet access available in the apartments?

    Internet access is available through wifi connection

  • Is there free-to-air TV provided?

    Free-to-air TV is provided free of charge to tenants in all Sydney Airport Suites.


  • Is it noisy living by an airport?

    Sydney Airport Suites is very close to the airport and motorways, yet almost nothing can be heard inside. Our secret? Heavily soundproofed windows, extra attention to door seals, a reduced number of connecting rooms, and other design features help keep noise down and your stay that much more rejuvenating.
