BOOKING TERMS


In booking accommodation with Sydney Airport Suites (“we”), you ("the Customer", “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:


Online Bookings:
Sydney Airport Suites uses its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, no guarantee is provided by Sydney Airport Suites that the site is free from errors or faults.
Sydney Airport Suites does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time.
Sydney Airport Suites does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website.


How to Book /Quotes and Reservations:


Bookings can be made over the internet at 
www.airportsuites.com.au or by calling our Reservations Department on +(61) 2 8338 7700.
Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking.
Verbal quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any verbal quote given is only an estimate of the price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of the reservation.


Deposit:


A deposit payment must be received immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of these booking conditions.


Final Payment:


Full payment must be received at least seven (7) days prior to check in. For bookings made less than seven (7) days prior to check in, full payment is required at time of booking via credit card.
If deposit or final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Confirmation and invoices are subject to reissue if incorrect through error or omission and you accept the liability to then pay the correct cost.


Payment Options


Credit Card payments only are accepted for online bookings. Prices quoted are in AUD and all payments must be made in AUD. A 2% credit card surcharge fee will be charged for Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard and 3% surcharge will be applied for Amex and Diners club cards.


Cancellations:


A minimum of 14days notice (received in writing/email) for all cancellations/alterations is required 
when booking directly through our website. Where less than 14 days’ notice is provided a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Where less than 7 days’ notice is provided the full deposit will be forfeited. Payments by Credit card will only be refunded to the same credit card. Credit card admin fees are non-refundable. *Please note that these conditions only apply for bookings made through our website. Third party websites have different cancellation policies. Please contact them directly to find out more.


Amendments to Date or Property:


A minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice required for any amendments to bookings, otherwise further charges may be incurred, at the discretion of Sydney Airport Suites. Changes must be received in writing and acknowledged by the management.


Rates and Changes:


Rates may be changed at any time. Prices listed are in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Rates do not include existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.
Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to a written advice on confirmation of the reservation. The price of your accommodation cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.


Apartment Servicing:


Apartments are serviced on the 8th day of a stay or as requested and paid for.


Check In and Check Out:


Standard check-in is 2pm and standard check out is 10am. These times may vary, please confirm these times upon booking.
For guaranteed arrival prior to 2pm, a room must be reserved from the previous night and therefore includes an additional nightly charge.
Guests that need to check-in before or after our reception business hours (check each building business hours) must send a clear photo copy of the Photo ID and Credit card used for the booking, and sign the rego form for special arrangement to pick up keys.
Late check-out, up to 12 noon, is at our discretion and must be requested at time of check in. No guarantee can be provided as to the availability of late check out. Late check out after 12 noon will incur the following additional charges:
12 noon to 2pm –50% of full daily rate
After 2pm the full daily rate applies


Room Allocation:


In the unlikely event of a situation whereby Sydney Airport Suites cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed, for whatever reason, we will use our best efforts to provide you with alternative accommodation within a Sydney Airport Suites managed building, of equal or better grading. Should there not be the availability of alternative accommodation of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide you with accommodation of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to you.
The alternatives offered are at Sydney Airport Suites’ discretion.


Accommodation:


Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services provided at your accommodation destination is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion, taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential to you in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that you check this at time of booking. Sydney Airport Suites cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property’s facilities and services.
Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.


Special Requests:


Whilst we attempt to satisfy all special requests, we are unable to provide a guarantee.


Booking Arrangements:


The person effecting a booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking. We will require the names of all guests occupying the premises for security.in case of lost keys and if we need to be of assistance.


Under 18's:


All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18, the property has the right to refuse any booking, when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide current photo ID if requested prior to or upon check in.


Responsibility:


Sydney Airport Suites both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused. You agree that:
Sydney Airport Suites will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those staying with you in connection with any accommodation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
Every effort is made to ensure that information displayed on the Sydney Airport Suites website and any Sydney Airport Suites material or publications are correct. Information and rates are subject to change without notice.
Liability is limited by the innkeepers act 1968.
Sydney Airport Suites only accepts instructions on the above terms.


No Party Policy:


Our No Party Policy, which all guests have signed and agreed to upon registration at the front desk, will be strictly enforced.
Any person(s)found to be creating excessive noise, having a party or excessive gathering in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund or be charged additional person rates.
Our intent, as a serviced apartment accommodation provider, is for all our guests to enjoy the comfort and facilities we offer. Visitors of registered overnight guests must not remain in the apartment overnight.
Any visitor of a registered overnight guest is the responsibility of the guest and the guest will bear the costs and/or consequences of the actions of their guest(s).
